Ashley Mancini has been immersed in the construction world her entire life. Her passion for building started at a young age, spending time alongside her father on job sites — watching him operate heavy machinery, build roads, and craft homes from the ground up. Whether running bulldozers or “playing in the dirt,” Ashley soaked in every bit of knowledge she could from her dad and his crew.

As she got older, that passion only grew. Ashley expanded her career into real estate and property management, overseeing over 200 rental properties for one of the region’s top construction firms and 150+ units at a large management company. Through those roles, she gained extensive, hands-on experience across nearly every aspect of the trade — from framing and roofing to siding, decking, windows, doors, and more.

Most recently, Ashley co-owned and operated a successful roofing and siding company, where she led operations and more than doubled the company’s project volume in just a few years. Now, as the founder of A+ Exteriors, Ashley brings that same drive, honesty, and dedication to every client she serves.
